Pre-Course Assignment

 

All participants are asked to take a Spiritual Gifts Assessment and the Myers Brigg Personality Type Inventory prior to attending our conference. To best assist each participant in maximizing their leadership potential, it is imperative that they understand their personality preferences and are familiar with their spiritual gifts (2 Corinthians 12:1-12).

 

Follow these instructions to complete your Spiritual Gift Analysis

1. Select Individual User (left side)

2. Answer all questions

3. After page 4, complete the personal data (you must have an email address)

4. Your Spiritual Gift Analysis will be emailed to you immediately

Getting started taking the MBTI Assessment: 

You will be provided User Name and Password after Workshop Confirmation

• DEADLINE to complete this online inventory: Wednesday, prior to the conference by 5p.m. CST

• Estimated time to complete this instrument: 25minutes approximately

• How to access the MBTI Inventory online:

1. Click: https://online.cpp.com/en/index.aspx

2. Enter login information:

 

User ID: You will NOT be given a user ID when you login.  However, if you decide to “Save and Complete Later” you will be given a User ID that will be utilized to access your inventory when you decide to come back to the web site to continue your work.  If this is case be sure to write this number down.
