This is the general curriculum for most of our leadership seminars, a specific format can be designed to address the areas that would fit your organization's needs (after meeting with your organizations's leader or leadership team)

SUMMIT I

LEADERSHIP AND THE ORGANIZATION

TOPIC: What is leadership and how is it applicable to this organization?

(SYNOPSIS) In this session a working definition of leadership is created. The focus of this session is to understand the organization's structure and how different auxiliaries fit within it. Each leader will be able to ascertain if their ministry is aligned with the organization's stated direction. Leaders will analyze the process of strategic planning. Finally each leader will be able to assess their group's annual performance in relationship to the organization's purpose.


SUMMIT II

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

TOPIC: Why can't we get anything done?

(SYNOPSIS) In this session leaders wil be challenged by acquiring a more comprehensible understanding of themselves. The focus of this session will be on leaders completing a thorough self-analysis.


SUMMIT III

LEADERS AND THE PLANNING PROCESS

TOPIC: How do leaders make plans?

(SYNOPSIS) In this session leaders will be introduced to a matrix that will help them to improve their planning process. The particpants will have the opportunity to examine plans from their inception to their execution and be given a tool that helps them evaluate the effectiveness of their plans.


SUMMIT IV

SUSTAINING THE ORGANIZATION

TOPIC: How do you secure the vitality of the organization?

(SYNOPSIS) In this session leaders will explore the concept of establishing relationships that will improve the organization beyond your tenure. The focus of the session will examine how to develop relationships that will ensure the longevity of the organization and increase the effectiveness of your leadership capacity.
